:) I lost 17.1kg from 126.6kg in 5months! My name is Afzal I am 40yrs old. I met my coach Sakz Shaik in October 2013 she insisted I bring my wife along. She weighed and measured me weekly monitoring my diet very carefully! She worked with my wife planning my meal preparations. She made me follow a brilliant eating program together with my Herbalife Products.
I still enjoyed my curries and normal day to day Indian food. I was never hungry! I just listen to what Sakz said and followed it and the weight just fell off. Occassionally I cheated! Never told her! Thanks to my amazing wife who supported me all the way.
Asides from the weightoss I lost 14cm around my chest, 19cm around my waist, 8cm around my hip. Wen I start I had no Tanita Scale reading and that got me scared. My visceral fat from 26 dropped to 17. My body fat from over 50 now is 35.7. Although my reading are still critically high I still am working to get them to the normal range soon. I feel absolutely energetic! U won't believe it! People don't even recognise me anymore! Inshallah I plan on getting to the double digits soon! Herbalife is the best!
